Built by a woman who’s been exactly where you are.

Karve was built on a simple belief: every woman deserves a gym that actually makes sense for her body, her goals, and her life.

We’re a women-only strength studio in Evergreen, CO. No intimidation. No ego. No guessing. Just science-backed programming, expert coaches, and a community of women who show up for themselves - and for each other.

Whether you’ve never picked up a barbell or you’ve been training for years and want more structure, you’ll find your place here. We built Karve to be the gym we wish we’d had.

Ashley Olson — Owner & Head Coach

I spent years doing what most women do: cardio to lose weight, restriction to maintain it, and starting over every time it stopped working.

I trained for a half marathon to fit into my clothes. I tried boot camps, calorie counting, and endless circuits. And for a while, some of it worked. But none of it stuck — because none of it was built around actually understanding my body.

Everything changed when I found strength training and learned the science behind it. Not just what to do, but why. For the first time, I stopped chasing a number on the scale and started building something real. Strength. Consistency. Confidence.

I opened Karve because every woman deserves to have that shift. To walk into a gym and feel like she belongs. To have a coach who explains the why. To be surrounded by women who are all showing up for themselves.

That’s Karve. And I’d love for it to be yours. — Ashley
