A Summer Program Built for Women Who Want to Ride Stronger
Six weeks. Two riding levels. One goal - show up to the trail a completely different rider.
Strength + Shred combines expert on-bike coaching with dedicated strength training to build the power, stability, and confidence that actually moves the needle on the trail. Whether you're just finding your footing or chasing technical terrain, there's a track for you.

Beginner Skills(Thursday Nights from 5:30-8)
Built for riders who are new to the trail or still building confidence. We'll cover the essentials — bike setup, body position, braking, turning, and navigating beginner terrain — in a supportive, encouraging environment. You'll finish the series feeling in control and ready to explore.

Advanced Skills(Monday Evenings from 4:30-7:30) NEW DAYS AND TIMES!
For riders ready to push into technical terrain. Expect high-speed cornering, steep descents, drops, rock gardens, and trail strategy — with personalized coaching and real progression built in.
